About University of Southern Mississippi Baseball
Southern Miss baseball continues its commitment to a Tradition of Excellence by currently leading Division I baseball with both eight consecutive 40-plus win seasons and 22 straight years of 30 or more victories. The program has reached NCAA postseason play 20 times, three super regionals – twice in the last three years – reached the pinnacle of the sport, once, in 2009 with a trip to the College World Series. In addition, Southern Miss baseball has been to eight straight Regionals heading into 2025. Not only have players succeeded at Southern Miss, 75 former baseball players have participated in Professional Baseball. Further more, approximately 80 percent of past rosters have been filled by University of Southern Mississippi Baseball Camp participants.
